We took on a massive renovation project whilst looking after two young children and both of us had no clue where to start but Emma took the time to get to know us as a couple and a family so she could understand what we wanted and needed from the spaces that we had.
Her project management skills are exceptional, she is excellent at dealing with tradesman, is very organised and is very good at providing options and pros and cons to what she or others are recommending. Having Emma on board made our lives so much easier as we really did get decision fatigue as the project went on.
